Today, I am very honored to witness an old friend—Attorney Chen embarking on a new chapter with the grand opening of Daniel Brothers Commercial & Law Firm. Reflecting on fifteen years ago, when we first met in the Executive MBA program at National Chengchi University, it has been clear since then that Attorney Chen is not only a skilled golfer but also excels in the field of law. Our friendship began during a chance golf trip to Merryland Resort in Guilin, Guangxi, which was a journey filled with fun and relaxation and remains an indelible part of their relationship.
At that time, we had just three simple requests: to taste wine, play golf, and travel. These shared experiences deepened our bond.
Attorney Chen has always been a model of innovative thinking. He once said, “When playing, make sure to put the spectators at ease,” meaning that one should not let others see their weaknesses. His golf skills are impressive, but he understands the importance of humility. This saying not only applies to golf but also reflects his approach to handling legal cases and managing his firm. He is an innovator who knows where the future path lies, reassuring those around him. His fearless yet comforting attitude toward challenges is something we all should learn from.
Today, as Attorney Chen establishes his law firm, I believe this marks not only a new milestone in his career but also embodies his relentless pursuit of innovation and self-improvement. His courage and passion will undoubtedly lead Daniel Brothers Commercial & Law Firm to new heights.
